What is the best price guarantee at Appart’City?

Appart’City’s best price guarantee ensures you benefit from the lowest rates available. If you find a better deal elsewhere within 24 hours of booking on our site, we will match that price and apply an additional 30% discount on the lowest rate found.

Is there an additional charge for pets?

An additional fee will be charged per night for each stay. Cats and dogs under 30kg are accepted at Appart’City (a limit of one animal per apartment applies). Category 1 and 2 dogs classified as dangerous are not allowed in our establishments.

What are the opening hours of my Appart'city?

You can view the opening hours of your Appart’City by going to “OPENING HOURS” on your hotel's page. During these hours our reception team will be more than happy to hand over the keys to your apartment directly. 24h check-ins are also possible.

Are towels and bed linen provided?

With Appart'City, travel light: you will find in your flat a bathroom linen kit including: 1 bath sheet and 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per flat. An additional bathroom linen kit is available on request (optional). Your room is ready when you arrive, the beds are already made, you can leave your sheets at home!

Will I need to pay a deposit?

You may be asked to pay a deposit upon your arrival, please contact your Appart’City for more information.

Are the beds made up on arrival?

At Appart’City our beds are made upon arrival. Enjoy the comfort of your bedding with firm, soft pillows and a cosy duvet. Also provided are: 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person, 1 bath mat per apartment. Additional items are available upon request (optional).

Can you provide extra beds?

To ensure maximum comfort during your Appart’City stay, it is not possible to add an extra bed.

What is an Italian bed?

Depending on the configuration of the flat, you'll find either a double bed or an Italian bed. The Italian bed is made up of two single beds, connected by a zip fastener or Velcro strip, which guarantees a firm hold and a comfortable night's sleep!

Who can I contact when arriving outside of the opening hours?

Don't worry, you're never on your own! A telephone number is provided at the reception of your Appart’City, an employee will be available for any enquiries.

How do I access my flat outside reception hours?

If you arrive outside reception hours, our team will place an envelope with your name on it in the safe located at the reception of your Appart'City. The code for the safe will be sent to you by text message and/or email on the day of your arrival (contact your Appart'City if you did not provide your contact details at the time of booking). The number of your flat will also be given to you in the SMS (this information is not included in your envelope for security reasons).

What services do you offer?

What are the check-in and check-out times?

In Appart’City Aparthotels, you can check in to your apartment from 16:00 and must be checked out by 11:00 on the day of departure. For more information, please see your Appart’City’s website.

Can you provide baby cots?

Yes, baby cots are available (for children under 2 years of age), please be sure to contact your Appart’City to check availability and reserve in time for your arrival.
