Are towels and bed linen provided?

With Appart'City, travel light: you will find in your flat a bathroom linen kit including: 1 bath sheet and 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per flat. An additional bathroom linen kit is available on request (optional). Your room is ready when you arrive, the beds are already made, you can leave your sheets at home!

What are your general conditions of sale for online transactions?

The prices shown are per apartment and per night. The prices do not include tourist tax which is to be paid on site. We offer several rates, our terms of sale for each rate will be provided when making your reservation. Can you accommodate minors under the age of 18?

Appart’City cannot accommodate minors under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by their legal guardian. In the case where a minor has made a reservation or intends to stay alone without their legal guardian, the reservation may be cancelled immediately, even during the booking process.

Is appartcity.com secure?

The appartcity.com website is totally secure, it uses an encryption system of your data when they are transmitted on our network, all the data you have filled in on our different forms (bank details), are automatically encrypted.

How do I book my holiday?

You can make your reservation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website or by telephone on +33 1 81 90 90 90 from Monday to Friday from 9am to 10pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm + public holidays or by calling +33 181 90 90 90 from abroad. To book your Appart'City, you can go directly to the site's home page, select your destination and dates of stay in the search engine and click on "Search". You will then be redirected to the Appart'City page and its rates.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

On our website www.appartcity.com, either via your customer account ("My bookings" section), or via this link and enter your booking number and pin code received by email, then validate. You will then be able to find all the information concerning your booking and, if necessary, modify or cancel it in order to create a new one. To manage an Internet reservation made from a website other than appartcity.com, please contact the customer service department of the partner website.

What are the different types of Appart'City rates?

There are three price levels depending on the period of your stay (excluding tourist tax). Find out more about all our packages. I intend to stay with my child under 2 years of age, do i need to mention this before our arrival?

At Appart’City, children under 2 years of age go free and must stay with their parents. Please let us know when making your booking if you will be using a travel cot. (Please see the conditions of your Aparthotel). Breakfast is free for children under 6 with paying adults.

Who should I contact for any cancellation or modification requests related to Covid-19?
